I can’t make my performance! Can I exchange my tickets?

We understand that life happens! You can exchange your tickets to another date of the same show. Please email boxoffice@lemonadestandphl.com with your name and what performance you would like to switch into. There is a $5 per ticket exchange fee. We cannot exchange tickets into a different production. There are no refunds for ticket purchases. If you cannot attend or exchange for another date, please email boxoffice@lemonadestandphl.com about turning your ticket order into a donation.

How do I access my online tickets?

When you purchase your tickets, you are sent an email containing your tickets with the email you used when purchasing. You can search your email for boxoffice@lemonadestandphl.com. If you are having trouble finding the email, please email us to confirm your purchase, and we will make sure you can access your tickets!

Can I buy tickets at the theatre on the day of the show?

Yes! You may purchase tickets at the theatre on the day of the performance with cash or a card.

What time should I get to my show?

We recommend arriving within the half hour before curtain. Seating is general admission, so arriving earlier could be helpful, but you can expect a good view from any seat. Also allot for time needed for parking.

Do you have any group rates?

Should I purchase tickets from a third-party ticket seller? 

No! We recommend that ticket purchases be made on our website through our TicketSpice store. We do not use any other ticketing service.

Are there any fees when I am buying a ticket?

There is a $2.99 fee to cover credit card and platform fees.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards when purchasing tickets online and credit cards, cash, and checks for in-person transactions. Are you in the industry? Feel free to use your industry discount with code INDUSTRY10!
